Livin S1 was the natural treatment and presentation of young, urban, Tamil adults and their lives. Modern day Chennai, the home of Livin’ is a very interesting and unique setting: somewhat conservative, a long surviving marriage of the traditional and the modern, and in many ways, a village proudly masquerading as a city.
S2 has an expanded universe with more women, their problems, and their issues shown in the limelight. Livin’ S1 was all about the three main characters primarily interacting with each other, S2 has them expand their horizons and interact with more people, and in more meaningful ways.
